The Amstetten Bomb Strike

The main target for the day was St. Valentin, Austria Tank Works. The secondary target was St. Polten, Austria, Marshalling Yard.

Of all the bombs dropped, 34% of the bombs from the 512th, 513th, and the 514th were within 1,000 feet of the target at Amstetten. The 515th hit St. Polten. Of the bombs they dropped, 90% were within 600 feet of the target.
